Deglet Noor — Tunisia's translucent flagship, sold in four presentations: on the branch, loose, processed, or pitted. For over fifteen years, we have sourced Deglet Noor from long-standing growers in the Tunisian oases and shipped it to importers, wholesalers, and specialty retailers across Europe, the Gulf, the Americas, and Oceania.

Every carton that leaves our facility passes the same standard: hand-inspected fruit, controlled cold-chain packing, and documentation matched to the destination market — from EU customs codes to Gulf halal certification.

From grove to grade

Four stages, one carton.

i.

Farm selection

Direct sourcing from long-standing grower families in Kébili, Tozeur, Nefta, and Douz. Season by season, we walk the palm groves before we buy the harvest.

ii.

Sorting & processing

Hand-inspection, calibration by size and colour, then routing to the appropriate line — branched, loose, conditioning wash, or pitting — depending on the destination format.

iii.

Packing

Consumer trays, gift boxes, and export cartons under the Konooz label, or unbranded for private-label buyers. HACCP-controlled facility, cold-chain from packing to container.

iv.

Export

Documentation matched to the destination — EU customs, US FDA, Gulf halal, Australian biosecurity. FOB or CIF from the port of Radès, containerised or LCL.
